In his spiritual leadership role, McLean serves as the Founder and Senior Leader of The Assembly of Perpetual Hope, situated in Charlotte, North Carolina. Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of Founder and Presiding Bishop of the PFI Churches of Sound Doctrine, an international reformation and apostolic covering that unites pastors and leaders in a shared mission.

McLean's entrepreneurial journey unfolds as Chairman of KDM Global, headquartered in the city of Washington, DC. Through KDMG, he spearheads excellence in project development, , corporate management, and philanthropy, not only for its diverse subsidiary companies but also for visionaries seeking expansion and development.

As currently enrolled as a seminarian at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University accompanied with degrees and certificates from other prestigious institutions of higher learning, McLean is a champion of education, evident in his role as the Chancellor of Extraordinary Leaders Academy Community Schools, Inc. (ELACS). This international educational management organization is dedicated to providing an extraordinary learning experience, emphasizing a robust curriculum in STREAM, Character Development, and Global Leadership.

Rooted in a rich lineage of church planters and preachers, spanning four generations, he acknowledges divine favor, tracing his development from Holiness Pentecostal roots to training within the Baptist denomination. As a proud episcopal son of the late Bishop Iona E. Locke, and spiritual son of Bishop Thomas D. Jakes, Sr. and Lady Serita Jakes, McLean takes pride in helping others reach their destiny, because of the wisdom and leadership of those who have helped him fulfill his purpose and reach his destiny.
